All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If applicable, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on where you are located.
Free local pick-up is available for material orders over $50.
Pick-ups must be pre-scheduled. Please contact the office at 234-249-4423 or send an email to email@example.com to arrange for pick-up. Option available from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Monday-Friday. After placing your order and emailing to set up a time, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 10 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of purchase, you may contact us at with your name and order details, and we will check upon your status and get back to you.
