REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns of physical goods up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order details and a photo of the item’s condition. We will replace the item if in poor condition at no additional cost.
There is a $75 non-refundable processing fee for seminar bookings. If you wait 3 days out from the first day of class, there will be no refund. There is a $25 fee for transferring to a different workshop.
We are unable to offer returns of digital goods and services.
