What You’ll Learn: Traditional Thai massage is a holistic healing art with over 2,500 years of history and is widely practiced throughout Thailand in both spa and medical settings. This course teaches how to apply Thai techniques, including assisted stretching, rhythmic compression along Sen (energy) lines, and gentle rocking to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support overall body balance.
